Our Process

Receive order

Proccesing customer order in our system and reviewing all necessary requirements

Plan

Requesting transport availability from overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers to meet requested delivery date and choosing right mode of transport (ocean, road, air) to meet customer requirements

03.

Confirm

Sending to customer for approval current schedule with confirmed collection date, delivery date and all paperwork ready to ship

04.

Transport

Collecting goods from nominated place, loading on previously chosed mode of transport and shipping to nominated port/place

05.

Customs

Ensuring cargo is cleared and meet all requirements according to UK laws, HMRC procedures and port athourities

06.

Deliver

Haulage to the final destination with providing POD – proof of delivery, upon request
